That moment when you need to put down a budget in a project and realise you could make use of your favorite videos for procrastination :D
What if you knew?
I confess that a lot of doubt closes my eyes to make the best of now, to give more, to make more, to enjoy more and worry less. Because of these I just love when I find these advices from top experienced professionals…. and here it goes http://99u.com/articles/55667/what-i-wish-i-knew-at-every-age

That careers are never linear…“I used to think my career would be very linear, but even in the almost eight years since I graduated, I’ve worked at a branding studio, done illustration and product design, worked in-house for several large brands, and now as a freelancer. And I don’t necessarily want to be a graphic designer forever.” – Ben Wagner, independent designer and art director, New York City

No one has it all figured out…“Acknowledge that no one has it all figured out – even your mentors, bosses, or design heroes – and that’s okay. The important thing to remember is to keep creating. Spend more time and energy on making your best work, and less on comparing yourself to others.” – B.W.

That there’s no rush…“The pressure to do things quickly or have success happen right away is ingrained in our culture of instant-gratification, but really your real life is so long. There are so many things that you can do and there is no reason to panic when you are in your 20s. Sure, you only live once, but you also have this long life ahead of you.” – L.C.

To stop worrying about other people… “We spend a lot of time in our twenties trying to please other people or worrying if we are doing the right thing. There is something about getting older that just makes you think to hell with that, I’m going to do what I want to do because what have I got to lose? That was definitely my experience – I quit my job to be an artist, and I owed it to myself to try.” – Lisa Congdon, illustrator and author, Portland, Oregon

You can be 77-years-young…“I’m surprised to find myself with the chronological age of 77 when really I feel as if I’m still somewhere between the ages of fourteen and twenty-eight. The key to feeling young is keeping your eyes open and trying as best as possible to get the most out of every day.”– K.D.

In 2015, when I was in my way to Chile, I spent 3 months in Cuiabá and got the opportunity to collaborate in a national competition with my dear friends Leonardo Prazeres and Ana Carolina Rodrigues. We ended up getting the 3° prize and above are few images!
The project should be a proposal for a new office for the
Architectural Council of the State of Goiais.
We created a prismatic pattern to be used through all the
spaces to create office partitions and signages as visual identity in the
space, as a net. Another strong point in our project was that we achieved to
create the meeting room possible to be divided in 5 smaller rooms (or entirely opened).

{in progress} Back home has its happy moments. I teamed with my father to create an identity to my mother’s home made cake [tiny little] store. He made the illustrations and I made the graphic design and art direction :D
The idea was to highlight the ingredients to show she uses everything as natural as possible. The color palette we opted for vivid with this red/white as principal.
The type is the lovely Valentina by
Pedro Arilla, a tribute to his grandmother. Straight when I laid my eyes on it saw my mother’s personality as well.
App Prototyping for Transcreativa from Nádia Paim Duarte on Vimeo.
Fragment of a prototyping part of the project developed during a partnership between the University of Coimbra and the Science Museum set to reunite graduates of different courses to develop interventions for the Museum. My group worked on a web application to be used as a guide (inside or outside of the building).
The idea was to put on use the archive but give it an interactive experience through a virtual tour but, most important, the actual tour.
What I like most in this project is the possibility for constantly improving the information about every piece, or even combining it with related news from other medias, permanent and dynamic information as well. All these giving an exciting dynamic dimension to the already rich traditional arrangement of the museum’s interior.
This is a very inspiring article for those breaking through first job, thus first job seeking {Get a Job. No, Seriously. It’s Time.}
{inspiration} É bonita, é bonita e é bonita!
{Some days ago I participated in a project for the University’s Museum and my team ended up with a prototype of a technological guide}

{discovering} Recently found this new community that is trying to set up new way to portrait portfolios and connect creatives with companies. What helps (also) from there is that you complete your portfolio by answering questions and you happen to know a lot of yourself like that.
